แนวทางการปรับปรุงการจัดการการศึกษาสู่ความเป็นสากลในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางตุ้ง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการปรับปรุงการจัดการการศึกษาสู่ความเป็นสากลในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางตุ้ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบสำรวจ ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางตุ้ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน จำนวน 424 คน เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ที่ระดับ .96 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา โดยผลการวิจัย พบว่า แนวทางการปรับปรุงการจัดการศึกษาสู่ความเป็นสากลในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางตุ้ง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของการจัดการศึกษาสู่ความเป็นสากลในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางตุ้งทั้ง 7 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับสูง 2) แนวทางการปรับปรุงการจัดการการศึกษาสู่ความเป็นสากลในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางตุ้ง มี 7 ประเด็น ประกอบด้วย 62 มาตรการ มี 8 มาตรการ เพื่อส่งเสริมกลไกการจัดการที่เป็นสากลของมหาวิทยาลัยกวางตุ้ง, 6 มาตรการ เพื่อส่งเสริมการสนับสนุนทางการเงินของมหาวิทยาลัยในกวางตุ้ง, 10 มาตรการ เพื่อส่งเสริมการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัยในมณฑลกวางตุ้ง, 10 มาตรการเพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยในมณฑลกวางตุ้ง, 10 มาตรการ ในการปรับปรุงการสร้างหลักสูตรในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางตุ้ง, 10 มาตรการ เพื่อส่งเสริมการฝึกฝนผู้มีความสามารถในมหาวิทยาลัยในมณฑลกวางตุ้ง และ 8 มาตรการ ในการปรับปรุงการสร้างแบรนด์ในมหาวิทยาลัยในมณฑลกวางตุ้ง 3) การปรับตัวและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดการศึกษาสู่ความเป็นสากลในมหาวิทยาลัยกวางตุ้งอยู่ในระดับสูงที่จะต้องมีการส่งเริมและการวางกลยุทธ์เพื่อเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติไปสู่เป้าหมายของการยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาที่เป็นเลิศและได้มาตรฐานสากล มีสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการด้วยตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จผสมผสานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่นำมาใช้อย่างเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
