แนวทางการบริหารจัดการเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ของมหาวิทยาลัยกุ้ยหยาง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยกุ้ยหยาง ในสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบสำรวจประชากร ได้แก่ อาจารย์ที่ปฏิบัติการวิจัยในมหาวิทยาลัยกุ้ยหยางสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน จำนวน 284 คน เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ที่ระดับ .90 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา โดยผลการวิจัย พบว่า แนวทางการบริหารจัดการเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยกุ้ยหยางในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ที่สุด (μ = 4.51, = 1.70) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มากที่สุด ได้แก่ คุณภาพงานวิจัย รองลงมา ปริมาณของผลลัพธ์งานวิจัยมาตรฐานทางวิทยาศาสตร์และวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ นโยบายด้านการจัดทำวิจัย และน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ การจัดการด้านวิศวกรรมกับสาขาการวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยแนวทางการบริหารจัดการเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยกุ้ยหยาง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนนั้นเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพของงานวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ทั้งนี้ แนวทางการบริหารจัดการเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยกุ้ยหยาง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน มุ่งการมีความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันของมหาวิทยาลัยกุ้ยหยางในการจัดการการวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์ รวมถึงผลการดำเนินการตามมาตรการการจัดการต่าง ๆ และการยอมรับมาตรการเหล่านี้โดยนักวิจัย ผลการวิจัยจะช่วยค้นหาปัญหาและข้อบกพร่องในกระบวนการบริหารจัดการเพื่อเสนอแนะการปรับปรุงอย่างเจาะจงและตรงเป้าหมาย เป้าหมายคือการพัฒนาชุดแนวทางปฏิบัติผ่านการประเมินที่ครอบคลุมของระบบการจัดการงานวิจัยที่มีอยู่ รวมกับผลตอบรับและคำแนะนำของครู แนวปฏิบัติดังกล่าวจะเป็นแนวทางให้กับมหาวิทยาลัยกุ้ยหยางในการจัดการงานวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างมีประสิทธิผลและการบริหารจัดการองค์กรอย่างมีคุณภาพที่ยั่งยืน
