GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING PARTICIPATORY MANAGEMENT IN THE SITUATION OF COVID-19 OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND TEACHERS OF THE EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER VALLEY SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, PHOP PRA DISTRICT TAK PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To study the conditions and problems of participatory management in the COVID-19 situation of the executive committee and teachers of the early childhood development center, Valley subdistrict administrative organization, Phop Pra district Tak province. 2) To find ways to develop participatory management in the COVID-19 situation of the executive committee and teachers of the early childhood development center, Valley subdistrict administrative organization, Phop Pra district Tak province. The population includes executives, heads of early childhood development centers. Teachers and executive committee of the early childhood development center administrative organization as for Valley subdistrict, Valley subdistrict, Phop Pra district Tak province, there were 76 people. The informants were 9 experts. The tools were questionnaires and structured interviews. Data were analyzed using statistics to find frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. And the content analysis of the research results found that the overall participatory management condition is at a high level. Arranged from highest to lowest is operational participation. Participation in benefits, participation in decision making and participation in evaluation, respectively. Of the problems found in this research. In order from highest to lowest, there was no meeting to create understanding and define roles and duties according to the measures. The clarification of goals and procedures was not clear and was not fully understood. No participation in the proposal opinions for development and the results of the evaluation are not compared with the goals and objectives of the guidelines for developing participatory management. There should be a meeting to create knowledge and understanding of the roles and responsibilities accordingly. Clear measures. There is fast and accurate communication of new, allowing parents and communities to participate in planning, organizing activities, monitoring, evaluating and solving problems.
