Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study ways to improve the information leadership of administrators at public universities in Guangxi Province in China. The population consisted of 375 school administrators selected through a purposive sampling method were 11 experienced school administrators and experts in evaluating the adaptability and feasibility of practices. Seven experienced educational institution administrators from 26 public universities in Guangxi. Research instruments included a satisfaction questionnaire with a reliability of 0.89. Statistics for data analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations and Content analysis The research results found that The current information leadership of Guangxi state university administrators in 5 areas is at a high level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.53, gif.latex?\sigma = 0.92) When considering the results of research in various areas, it is found that the highest level is The ability to create information and the environment สิ่งแวดล้อม (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.68, gif.latex?\sigma = 0.94) followed by the ability to guide information teaching (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.35, gif.latex?\sigma = 0.89) and the ability to manage and evaluate information. At the lowest level (gif.latex?\bar{x} = 3.46, gif.latex?\sigma = 0.88) guidelines for improving information leadership of public university administrators are divided into 5 issues, consisting of 41 measures, including 9 measures to strengthen information planning ability, 9 measures to Improve information resources and the ability to create an environment, 7 measures to improve the ability to guide information teaching, 9 measures to strengthen the ability to manage information and evaluation, and 7 measures to enhance the efficiency of information literacy. personal The adaptability and feasibility of the guidelines for improving the information leadership of government university administrators in all 5 areas are at a high level, respectively.
