GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING NEWS PUBLICITYMANAGEMENT OF PRIVETE UNIVERSITIES IN GUANGDONG

Abstract
The objectives of this research was to study guidelines for developing public relations information on management of private universities in Guangdong; The research population is 327 administrators of private universities in Guangdong province, selected using a specific method (Purposive Sampling Method). The research tools include: 1) A 5-level estimation questionnaire with a confidence level of .97. Data analysis using values. Percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research found that there are 5 guidelines for developing public relations information about private university management in Guangdong, totaling 32 measures, including 1) Developing organizational structure, 6 measures, 2) Developing guidelines for listening to public opinion, 6 measures, 3) Developing the creation media platforms, 7 measures, 4) Develop team building, 5 measures, and 5) Develop mechanism building, 8 measures. The guidelines for developing news and public relations capabilities of private universities in Guangdong Province are the most appropriate and feasible. The aim of news management and public relations consists of news reporting and decision-making activities, supervision, dissemination and related operations of the media. News and public relations are two different forms of perception: News is mainly used to report facts and disseminate facts. And public relations is intended to disseminate opinions, attitudes, and in most cases which expresses certain opinions through facts Public relations therefore often relies on facts. And sometimes convey ideas to listeners in a creative, reasonable manner, promoting participation in expressing opinions and using creative information to design news that is useful and can be used to develop the quality of work operations Application and is a guideline for learning in various situations in order to create the well-being of society and live happily together.
