Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study ways to improve education management towards internationalization in Guangdong University. People's Republic of China Using a survey research model, the population included administrators at Guangdong University. People's Republic of China, 424 people, selected specifically The research tools include a 5-level estimation questionnaire with a confidence level of .96. Statistics for data analysis include percentages, means, and standard deviations. and content analysis The results of the research found that there are guidelines for improving education management towards internationalization in Guangdong University. The results of the research found that 1) The current situation of education management towards internationalization in Guangdong University in all 7 areas is at a high level. 2) Guidelines for improving educational management towards internationalization at Guangdong University have 7 issues consisting of 62 measures. 8 measures to promote the international management mechanism of Guangdong universities, 6 measures to promote financial support of universities in Guangdong, 10 measures to promote personnel mobility in universities in Guangdong province, 10 measures to promote educational cooperation in universities in Guangdong Province, 10 measures to improve curriculum construction in Guangdong universities, 10 measures to promote the cultivation of talents in universities in Guangdong Province, and 8 measures to improve branding in universities in Guangdong Province. 3) Adaptation. And the feasibility of the objective of the internationalization of education in Guangdong University is high and requires initiation and planning of strategies as a guideline towards the goal of raising the quality of education. that is excellent and meets international standards There is management competency with success indicators combined with information technology that is used with maximum efficiency.
