Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate ways to improve students' well-being based on student affairs administration in Guangxi public universities with survay research. The population used in this research includes the president or vice president. University administrators in universities in Guangxi State universities The interviewees in this study were 20 experienced administrators and 330 full-time lecturers, and 7 experts in assessing student well - being on the basis of student affairs administration in Guangxi public universities in Guangxi State universities. State in Guangxi, a total of 357 people. The research tool is a 5 - level estimation questionnaire with a consistency index of 1.00 with a confidence level of .95. Statistics for data analysis include percentages, means, standard deviations. and content analysis. The results of the research found that the guidelines for improving the well-being of students based on student affairs administration in Guangxi State Universities focus on learning approaches. Psychology counseling, campus activities Employment advice and dormitory management. The current situation of students' living conditions in all five aspects of student affairs management in Guangxi state universities is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest level was the learning approach. Followed by campus activities. and psychological counseling Currently, the well - being of students according to student affairs administration is at a high level in all 5 areas. This is a guideline for developing student happiness that covers both the environment and overall health based on the principles of 5 areas of affairs administration, consisting of 39 measures as guidelines. Developing happiness through appropriate and possible quality management of student affairs.
