Abstract
This research aims to create management guidelines to promote the quality of scientific research at Guiyang University. In the People's Republic of China with survay research. The population includes 284 professors conducting research at Guiyang University, the People's Republic of China, specifically selected. The research tool is a 5-level estimation questionnaire with a confidence level of .90. Statistics for data analysis include percentages, means, and standard deviations. and content analysis The results of the research found that the management guidelines for promoting the quality of scientific research at Guiyang University as a whole were at the highest level (μ =4.51, =1.70). When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest level was quality. Research, followed by the quantity of standard research results in science and engineering Research policy and the least include engineering management and scientific research fields. By the management guidelines to promote the quality of scientific research of Guiyang University The People's Republic of China is to improve the quality and efficiency of scientific research.
