AN EMPOWERMENT OF RESCUE VOLUNTEER OF PRACHA RUAMJAI FOUNDATION MOUNG DISTRICT NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article has two objectives as follows: 1) to study the potential development of Pracha Ruamjai Foundation volunteers, Moung District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province; and 2)To study suggestions. Regarding the potential development of volunteers of Pracha Ruam Jai Foundation, Moung District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, the population was 214 volunteers of Pracha Ruam Jai Foundation, Moung District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Krejie and Morgan obtained a sample of 137 people. The tool used for data collection was closed-end questionnaire Data was analyzed by a computer program. The statistics used for data analysis were general data, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and summary of interviews with key informants, totaling 19 photos/person. 1) The development of the potential of the volunteers of the Pracha Ruam Jai Foundation, Moung District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province as a whole, with average results. at a high level ( = 3.61) when considering each aspect Sorted by average from descending, it was found that the volunteers of Pracha Ruamjai Foundation, Moung District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province have skills and potential in roles and responsibilities had the highest mean ( = 3.90), followed by volunteers with operational skills ( = 3,88) and personnel potential skills ( = 3.33). the use of tools and equipment with the lowest mean ( = 3.31), respectively. 2) Suggestions on the potential development of volunteers from Pracha Ruam Jai Foundation, Moung District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Personnel of the agency with training, training procedures to be more effective in order to increase skills and potential in working with government agencies. The private sector and related people improve the efficiency of the operation. There is an arrangement, equipment and tools are available. readiness at all times to have the skills that match the strictly practiced work, use words, winds, and stories, which will create unity and stress as much as working together as a team.
