THE NEEDS OF STAKEHOLDERS FOR THE SERVICE MANAGEMENT OF REHABILITATION AND NURSING HOME OF UTTARADIT RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract
This research aimed to study the needs of stakeholders in the service management of rehabilitation center and Nursing home, Uttaradit Rajabhat University. This study is descriptive research. A total of 77 people were sampled, divided into 4 groups: 1) 12 executives, 2) 15 practitioners, 3) 45 people from the public sector, and 4) 5 entrepreneur of elderly care service. The research instruments consisted of the personal information and questions about the service management of the rehabilitation center and nursing home created by the researcher. The instrument was contents validity by 3 experts and used it for reliability. Data was collected between April 2023 to July 2023. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and qualitative data using content analysis. The results this study show that: The sample group wanted to services management of rehabilitation centers and nursing home as follows: 1) There is a system and working mechanism in the form of working partnerships that share resources and gain benefits. 2) The form of service model for the elderly requires both day care services, nursing home, send caregivers to home care services and hospitals. 3) Providing care programs and activities are diverse and suitable for each group of elderly people. 4) Place and environment is comfortable and standard for the elderly. 5) Tools and equipment that provide services that are adequate and suitable for the elderly 6) Service fees that the elderly can access and have a shared payment system
