RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT MODEL TO ENHANCE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT AT WAT PHO SRI SUKHARAM SCHOO

Abstract

This mixed method research aimed to 1) study the components of professional learning community management to enhance learning achievement, 2) create a model of professional learning community management, 3) present the professional learning community management model, and 4) to apply the professional learning community management model to enhance learning achievement by using qualitative research and quantitative research. Related documents were studied and experts were interviewed, then the results were brought for objective analysis. The findings of the research showed that 1) there were 6 components: leadership, learning and professional development, community of friends, teamwork and shared vision. and community development structure, 2) the model of professional learning community management of Wat Pho Si Sukharam could be summarized as part 1: introduction part, basic principles, part: 2 content, leadership, learning and professional development, community of friends, teamwork, shared vision, and community development structures, and part 3: conditions for success. The results of the assessment of the model and the manual were appropriate, and 3) the results of the assessment of the model indicated that it was appropriate and useful to enhance academic achievement. It was found that the learning achievement of Wat Pho Si Sukharam School in 2019 and 2020 had an average of 81.95, a difference of 10.61 percent.
