COMMUNICATION CONNECTION AFFECTING ADMINISTRATIVE EFFECTIVENESS OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION IN NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were 1) to study level of communication affecting the administrative effectiveness of local administrative organization in Nakhon Ratchasima province, 2) to study communication affecting the administrative effectiveness of local administrative organization in Nakhon Ratchasima province and 3) to present the development approach on communication affecting the administrative effectiveness of local administrative organization in Nakhon Ratchasima province. This research was mixed methodology research. The samples were 400 personnel of local administrative in Nakhon Ratchasima province. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire and depth interview with 20 people organization and analyzed the data. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Regression analysis, Multiple linear regression and Correlation analysis. The research results revealed that: 1) level of communication affecting administrative effectiveness of local administrative organization in Nakhon Ratchasima province as a whole was at much level. By descending means were the following; Horizontal or Later communication aspect, Downward communication aspect and Upward communication aspect. 2) Communication found that process and communication connection model, receiver aspect and Upward communication aspect at statistically significant level of .05. and 3) Encourage the communication of members in the organization to be communicated clearly at all levels of work, appropriate to the situation both speaking and writing and make the results come out fast and accurate.
