REVIEW ONSITE LESSONS TO ONLINE WITH THE NONDIRECTIONAL TEACHER DEVELOPMENT IN THE ERA OF THE COVID-19 CRISIS

Abstract

From the current situation of COVID -19 pandemic that affects all sectors, especially education. It has changed the way of life in various dimensions. New teaching methods have been used in an online classroom setting called the "New Normal" approach. The "New Normal" approach is facing a major transition. There is an urgent need to train and develop teachers by making them knowledgeable. They also need to be trained in the use of teaching materials and technology to implement technology, organize classroom activities, and support a platform that teachers can use to organize their classroom activities in a normal state. On-site teaching or online learning has become a new way of teaching, which is called "New Normal" in Thai society. Online learning is an innovative form of education that can transform traditional teaching into a new way of learning by using all kinds of technology in an online classroom teaching. Teachers play an important role in learning reform by enabling all learners to learn and develop themselves according to their needs by learning from their past experiences and conducting activities that enable students to develop their critical thinking, learning and problem-solving skills. In addition, teachers can support students to learn outside of the normal classroom. This allows learners to access learning resources easily and quickly. Teachers and students can share ideas at any time, provide learning tips, and help ensure that students are continuous learners throughout their lives and reach their full potential
