THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROCESS IN SOCIAL CAPITAL OF THAP SI THONG COMMUNITY IN BAN SADET DISTRICT KHIANSA, SURAT THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were to: 1) study the problems of the social capital process. 2) develop the social capital processes and 3) estimate and to adjust the development of the social capital process of Thap Si Thong Community in Ban Sadet District Khiansa, Surat Thani Province. Sampling methods in research methodology by choosing to sample and determine the sample size for 30 people. After that collecting data with interviews to analyze data in research with descriptive content. Stage 1 in the sampling process was group interview for 2 samples have found problems on the social capital process 5 issues, there was belief, wisdom, cultural value differences, custom, and tradition/culture. Stage 2 was the development of social capital processes through structure-activity that was developed to get a list of the actual cases then does action research to the social capital process of Thap Si Thong Community in Ban Sadet District Khiansa, Surat Thani Province. Stage 3 was assessment and the improving development of the social capital process for sampling method to measure research efficiency in action research The results of the research showed that 1) outcome measure of activities and methods in each stage showed that it was suitable for understanding the social capital process better and sample group has good learning behavior, moreover the action research showed the development of social capital processes is also suitable for social capital process
