Abstract
The objectives of this research article were to 1) study the current condition and the desirable condition of the development of the model competency of administrators in the teaching and learning management of the electrician professional teachers 1 2) study the development of the model 3) develop the model 4) study the effectiveness of the model This study uses a development research methodology and a mixed research process, with a 3 - step research process comprising one step: study current conditions. And desirable conditions of administrators in teaching and learning management of professional electrician teachers, Vocational Education Institute, Southern Region 1 Step 2 Study the model development plan Step 3 Develop the model and the process 4. Study the effectiveness of the model. The results of the research showed that the model consisted of 2 parts: Part 1, the components of the executive's competency in teaching and learning management. There are 5 aspects of vocational school teachers in the Southern Region 1, namely leadership competencies. Strategic management Learning management competencies Team work Moral competencies Ethics and Code of Conduct By using the quality control cycle management process, the second part is the electrician teacher competency development process, including the analysis of the need for competency. Setting goals and objectives Preparation of performance development projects and designing competencies development methods Performance Development Evaluation of results and impacts after development results are applied. Which has assessed the feasibility of the model Very level the suitability was at the highest level.
