LEGAL MEASURES ON ELECTION PROCESS OF PARTY LIST MEMBER OF THE HOUSEOF REPRESENTATIVES OF THAILAND COMPARED WITH OTHER COUNTRIES

Abstract

          This article of this study were : 1) Study the problem of legal measures on election process of party list member of the house of representatives of Thailand compared with other Countries. 2) Study legal measures on election process of party list member of the house of representatives of Thailand compared with other Countries. 3) Compared analyze of the election process of party list member of the house of representatives of other Countries with Thailand. And 4) propose amendments to laws related to on election process of party list member of the house of representatives of Thailand. This research was a qualitative research use study of documents and in - depth interviews. The research results found that: 1) problems with legal measures on election process such as: election process of party list member of the house of representatives, According to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2560. By using ballot together with a zoning from to calculate for convert into seats. This resulted in a failure to comply with the will of the people and the principles of democracy. And has complex calculation methods difficult to understand. 2) Legal measures on election process such as: 2.1) election process of other Countries. And 2.2) Constitutional Law Election Act of Thailand. 3) Analyze legal measures on election process such as: 3.1) election process, 3.2) election process of other Countries, and 3.3) election process of Thailand. And 4) Guide lines for on election process such as: the seat calculation should be revised on election process of party list member of the house of representatives. By adopting a mixed proportion system of other countries as Federal Republic of Germany and the mixed proportion system of Thailand according to the 2540, to improve to suit the election in Thailand.
