THE DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR HEALTH SECURITY FUND IN LOCAL THE NORTHEASTERN OF THAILAND

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study problems in the management of health funds in the local or Northeast of Thailand 2) to develop the management model of the fund committee. This is Mixed Method Research between Quantitative and Qualitative Research, and analyze information by using T-test (One-sample t-test), Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and standard deviation.

          The result of this research:

1. The problems in the management of health funds in the local or Northeast of Thailand in overview has a Mean at the middle level and be descending order 1. Public relations 2. Participation of fund committee 3. Role of the fund committee.


2. The result of determining the management model of health funds in local or Northeast of Thailand was showed evolution of management model consist of principle, objective encouragement activities, and evaluation as following details 1) Fund public relations for 9 activities 2) participation of fund committee for 3 activities, the follow-up and evaluation of the process of working for 3 activities. The result of evaluation was possibility ( = 3.93, S.D. = 0.52), Usefulness ( = 4.08, S.D.= 0.54), suitability        ( = 3.90, S.D.= 0.50), and accuracy ( =3.92, S.D.= 0.50). the Mean higher than 3.51, Four issues were passed the assessment.
