A STRATEGY OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOL CURRICULUM FOR CAREER PROMOTION AND EMPLOYMENT IN OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOLS ALONG THE CHIANG RAI BORDER

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine a strategy of the administration of school curriculum for career promotion and enhance employment in opportunity expansion schools along the Chiang Rai border. Use a qualitative research inductive data analysis and have structured interview tools which have tools examine by the qualified persons according to the research criteria, key informants form 3 groups of school administrators, teachers and students, there are group discussions and the experts seminar to consider the strategies drafts with all total of 29 people.

          The results of the research found that:

          The strategy emphasizes the developed curriculum structure for teaching and learning management on the necessary and practical basic skills for each career that is the self-assessing for interested of good faith career on their own interest and knowledge background from the best practice schools sampling, action and activities according to the school and community conditions based on its suitable school budget and the teachers are the important role of teaching and learning those are the causes of 4 strategies discovered are Networking, Coaching approach development, Area based management and Learning by doing on local area based.
