A Study of Achievement of the Youth Moral Training Camp by Buddhamma Curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.

Abstract
The study on achievement of the youth moral training camp by Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, the objectives were as follows; 1) To study of achievement of the youth moral training camp by Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. 2) To compare the achievement of Pre-training and post training by Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. 3) To compare the satisfaction of trained youth by using the Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. In terms of sexes, and age as differently and 4) To study the way to promote on the youth training camp by Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. This is the research of quasi-experimental designed. The population were composed of the youth who had trained by Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in academic year 2013, totally six groups, there are amount 640 persons, cluster random sampling was used, because of the trained youth have similarly competency, to be lotto for one groups from six groups i.e. the students in Julapond Rajavidyalaya school, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in academic year 2013, there are about 116 persons. The instrument for this research was the Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province which used for this training and data collection by examination for achievement of training which composed of four sections, ten items for each sections totally forty items and to have questionnaire for asking the satisfaction of the trained youth. The statistics were applied as descriptive i.e. percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test for comparison of achievement on independent samples and to compare the satisfaction by t-test (dependent samples)
The findings were as follows.
1) The achievement of the youth moral training camp by Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that by overview after training there have more achievement 22.80 approximately, when considered in each aspect found that the aspect of physical development there have more achievement 24.14 approximately, the aspect of Sila development there have more achievement 20.95 approximately, the aspect of mind (Jitta) development there have more achievement 23.53 approximately and the aspect of Panna (wisdom) development there have more achievement 22.59 approximately.
2) The comparative result on pre and post training by overview found that post training had more higher than pre training as statistically significance at 05. t = 37.378, when considered in each aspect found that the aspect of Physical development of post training had more higher than pre training as statistically significance at .05 t = 24.439, The aspect of Sila (moral) development of post training had more higher than pre-training as statistically significance at .05 t = 22.469, the aspect of mind (Jitta) development of post training had more higher than pre training as statistically significance at .05 t = 26.847 and the aspect of Panna (wisdom) development of post training had more higher than pre training as statistically significance at .05 t = 25.074.
3) The satisfaction of the trained youth by Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overview was at more level ( = 4.17) when considered in each aspect found that the aspect of administration and management was the higher mean ( = 4.23) and followed up the aspect of curriculum ( = 4.23) the aspect of impression and consciousness of activity consequence ( = 4.21) the aspect of benefit from training (= 4.17) and the aspect of training ( = 4.02) respectively. The comparative result on satisfaction of trained youth by Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes and ages found that there were not different as statistically significance at .05, including all aspects.
4) The way to promote of the youth moral training camp by Buddha Dhamma curriculum of Wat Tatnoi, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, they have recommended that in the administration and management aspect there should be adapted on schedule for more activities and there should have more activities for more participation and there should have more activities for more participation of participant, in the aspect of training found that there should have more time for training, there should decrease of activities for relaxing and there should have more time for based learning, in the aspect of curriculum found that lots of activities in curriculum there should have time for five days and four nights, the aspect of impression found that they have satisfied for training and have more knowledge from training and the aspect of benefit found that they can apply the training knowledge for living in daily life and they can live as carefully without carefulessness.
