Abstract

Development of a Proactive Digital Micro-intervention for Enhancing Mental Well-being among Private Hospital Personnel

This article aims to examine the mental well-being of private hospital personnel and analyze the psychological challenges faced by healthcare staff operating under high systemic pressure. The study finds that the exigencies of shift work, combined with continuous high-intensity workloads, significantly elevate the risk of burnout and chronic stress compared to other professions. Despite these challenges, current mental health interventions are predominantly reactive and often hindered by accessibility barriers, failing to meet the demand for proactive self-management in the digital era.

To address this gap, this paper proposes a "Micro-intervention" framework specifically designed for Thai healthcare organizations. This innovation emphasizes brief, immediate-action protocols structured into five stages: (1) Problem Identification, (2) Initiation of daily risk assessment, (3) Engagement through self-care programs, (4) Adaptation via real-time expert consultation, and (5) Achievement of sustainable well-being. This model serves as a strategic prototype for sustainable human resource management, fostering long-term psychological resilience within the medical industry.
