The Relationship Between Transcendental Leadership and Teachers Teamwork in School Under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration
Abstract
The objective is : 1) to study the transcendental leadership of school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration ; 2) to study teachers teamwork in school under BMA and 3) to examine the relationship between transcendental leadership and teachers teamwork in school under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample group consisted 370 teachers who worked in school under Minburi District, BMA, which were selected by stratified random sampling. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis are mean, standard deviation, and pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
The key findings were as follows : 1) the overall of transcendental leadership of school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were at high level; 2) the teachers teamwork in school under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were at high level and 3) the relationship between transcendental leadership and teachers teamwork in school under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were positively collected at the high level with the significance level of .01
