Abstract

This mixed methods research aimed to study 1) To study the factors of implementing the Innovative School Policy in the area of the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 2) To study the problems and obstacles in implementing the Innovative School Policy in the area of the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office. And 3) To analyze the factors affecting the success of implementing the Innovative School Policy in the area of the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The qualitative data were collected in 3 specific groups consisting of academics, school administrators and 33 teachers. A semi-structured interview was used. and do content analysis As for the quantitative data, data were collected from school administrators and teachers, totaling 322 people using questionnaires to analyze the mean. Pearson correlation coefficient and present a descriptive form, analyze and discuss the results.


         The results of the study found that 1) Factors in implementing the innovative school policy Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest factor was The administrative aspect (𝒙̅ = 4.36, SD = 0.55), followed by educational media and technology (𝒙̅ = 4.28, SD = 0.77), the education administration (𝒙̅ = 4.26, SD = 0.40), the teacher (𝒙̅ = 4.21, SD = 0.67) budget (𝒙̅ =4.19, SD = 0.79), building (𝒙̅ = 4.16, SD = 0.62), and community relations and cooperation (𝒙̅=4.04, SD = 0.62). respectively 2) Problems and obstacles consist of 4 aspects: personnel aspect, teachers do not have time to give advice to students; budget aspect, which is not enough; equipment aspect, computers are not up-to-date; and management aspect, lack of working group and lack of evaluation aspect. And 3) The factors affecting the implementation of the policy implementation with the highest correlation coefficient of Pearson were educational administration variables, namely the policy/measurement (MANA1) and the management of the budget structure, equipment such as It is a system (MANA2) with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.390.
