Abstract

This dissertation aimed at to 1) Study the level of information technology development and knowledge management affecting to local administration organization effectiveness. 2) Analyze the relationship between information development and knowledge management. 3)Forecast the development of information technology and knowledge management. By collecting data 202 respondent from administrators, officers and the staffs of local administration organization were collected. Using the method of purposive sampling. And collecting data in deep interview by the 18 experts. The statistic of data analysis are means, standard deviation, correlation coefficient and multi analysis of variance (Stepwise).


The results present 1) The means of information technology development, knowledge management, and local administration organization effectiveness are high including its components. 2) These three concepts related moderately and related highly significant in the same direction at .01. Application usage, data perpetration, and information communication technology influence statistically significant on the variance of the local administration effectiveness at .05. 3) For implementation, administration behavior and working behavior which related to new knowledge must be used together for the benefit of organization
