The Relationship between Authentic Leadership, Civic Engagement and Political Development in the Upper of the North Eastern

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze democracy development of sub district administration organization in the upper of the North Eastern 1 through the study and the relation of variables analysis. 24 experts who have the knowledge and experiences in civic engagement and democracy development are interviewees. The questionnaire was developed and collated from 396 samples such as head officer, officers and staff in sub district administration organization. The statistics are means, standard deviation, correlation, ANOVA and Stepwise Regression were used. The result expresses the means of authentic leadership and its components including democracy development are moderate to high. The relationship among 3 variables related significantly in the same direction at .01. Impotently, democracy development impacts on sex, the present disciplinary human dignity comprising with the characteristics of competency of authentic leadership, civic engagement, donation, communication, cooperation and news share.
