Scope and Publication Policies
      The Journal of Local Administration and Innovation is dedicated to promoting and supporting lecturers, scholars, students, and interested individuals by providing opportunities to publish academic and research works in the following areas:
      - Political Science
      - Public Administration
      - Management Sciences
      - Interdisciplinary Humanities and Social Sciences
      - Education
      - Integrated Science for Development

Publication Formats and ISSNs:
Printed Edition:
      ISSN 2673-0839 (Print) will be used from Year 3, Issue 1 (2019) to Year 7, Issue 3 (2023).
      ISSN 3027-8120 (Print) will be used from Year 8, Issue 1 (2024) onwards.
Electronic Edition:
      ISSN 2673-0405 (Online) has been used since Year 3, Issue 1 (2019).

Publication Schedule:
Regular Issues:
      Published three times a year:
            Issue 1: January - April
            Issue 2: May - August
            Issue 3: September - December

Special Issues:
      These issues focus on specific themes or topics, as determined by the university or faculty. They are published on important occasions and may coincide with the regular issues or be scheduled separately.

Supplemental Issues:
      Published once per year to address additional academic topics or special university or faculty policies. These issues follow the same rigorous quality assessment process as regular issues and are subject to peer review.

Consideration and Selection of Articles
      Each article submitted to the Journal of Local Administration and Innovation undergoes a thorough review process:
      1. Peer Review Process:
            - Each article is reviewed by a committee of at least three experts.
            - For articles by external authors, the review process includes one internal expert and one external expert, or at least two external experts.
            - Articles by internal authors are reviewed by external experts from various institutions who have expertise in the relevant fields. These experts are selected and approved by the editorial board before publication.

      2. Review Methodology:
            - The journal employs a Double-Blind Peer Review process, where reviewers do not know the identities of the authors, and authors do not know the identities of the reviewers.

      3. Editorial Board Responsibilities:
            - The editorial board reserves the right to withhold consideration of an article until it has been revised to meet the journal's requirements.
            - Articles must be original and not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
            - If the article includes images or tables from other sources, authors must obtain permission from the copyright holders and provide proof of approval to the editorial board before publication.

      4. Author Responsibility:
          - The views and opinions expressed in the articles are those of the authors and do not reflect the views or responsibilities of the editorial team.
