Abstract

         The purposes of this research were: 1) to study green management of organic rice community enterprise in Maha Sarakham Province. 2) to study marketing performance of organic rice community enterprise in Maha Sarakham Province. and 3) to test of green management had positive influence on marketing performance of organic rice community enterprise in Maha Sarakham Province. Collecting data from 169 entrepreneurs of organic rice community enterprise in Maha Sarakham Province and a set of questionnaires were the research tool. Statistics used for data analysis were mean and multiple correlation analysis. The results revealed the following findings; 1) entrepreneurs of organic rice community enterprise in Maha Sarakham Province had opinions about green management both in general and in each aspect at a high level; namely, green design, green manufacturing, green purchasing, and green supply chain management. 2) entrepreneurs of organic rice community enterprise in Maha Sarakham Province had opinions about marketing performance both in general and in each aspect at a high level; namely, corporate image, customer satisfaction, and market share. 3) green management consists of green design, green manufacturing, green purchasing, and green supply chain management had positive influence on marketing performance of organic rice community enterprise in Maha Sarakham Province.
