Waste management in accordance with 3R principles in the Eastern Bangkok area
Abstract
The objective of this research is to study the waste management in accordance with the 3R principles of the Eastern Bangkok area, to study the relationship between solid waste management and solid waste arrangement in accordance with the 3R principles of the East Bangkok area and to study the factors that affect the solid waste management according to the 3R principles of the eastern Bangkok area. The samples were 385 people in East Bangkok. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis are the mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the research showed that overall waste management at a high level, with an average of 3.42. The 3R principles of waste management is in a high level, with an average of 3.95. The solid waste management and solid waste arrangement in accordance with 3R principles are related with statistical significance at the level of 0.05 and the factors of participation in receiving benefits, participation in the operation, participation evaluation and the perception of information about solid waste management affects the management of solid waste according to 3R principles with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
