Abstract

         Research subject Guidelines for improving the effectiveness of the administration of Na Fai Subdistrict Administration Organization, Muang District, Chaiyaphum Province The objective is to study the level of operational effectiveness. And propose guidelines for improving the operational effectiveness of the Na Fai Subdistrict Administration Organization, Muang District, Chaiyaphum Province. The quantitative data group consisted of 400 people living in the area of ​​Na Fai Subdistrict Administration Organization using Simple random sampling method. The qualitative data group was used by interviewing method consisting of 12 people. The data collection consisted of (1) a questionnaire with 5 rating scales and a structured interview form. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. And methods of content analysis to establish guidelines for improving the effectiveness of the operations of Na Fai Subdistrict Administration Organization, Muang District, Chaiyaphum Province. Overall, it is at a medium level.
