Influencing The Operational Efficiency Affecting Service Quality in The Local Government Organization of The Eastern Region

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to analysis the components of the operational efficiency at the local government organization of the eastern region 2) to analysis the components of service quality at the local government organization of the eastern region 3) to study the operational efficiency affecting service quality at the local government organization of the eastern region. There were 180 participants used as a sampling group. Research tools for quantitative research were questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows:

  1. The research results indicated that the components of the operational efficiency at the local government organization of the eastern region consisted of four factors: Time, Quantity, Cost and Quality.
  2. The research results indicated that the components of service quality consisted of five factors: Ample Service, Timely Service, Continuous Service, Progressive Service and Equitable Service respectively.
  3. The operational efficiency has an effect on service quality at the local government organization of the eastern region.
