A Relationship of Innovative Organizational on Teachers’ Innovative Behavior: The Analysis Conceptual and the Hypothesis Model

Abstract

         This article was two objectives that were 1) to study the analysis conceptual of teachers’ innovative behavior and 2) to study the hypothesis model of the causal factors that influence to teachers’ innovative behavior. The finding as follows; 1) The Innovative behavior need to be studied by cross-level because it was the relationship between personal and environment that the organizational behavior theory and conceptual shows the influence of the team and organizational factors on the personal behavior. And 2) the hypothesis model of the causal factors that influence to teachers’ innovative behavior found that  (1) the innovative leadership and innovative climate influenced directly on the innovative organizational (2) the open-mindedness and  the originality influenced directly on innovative behavior (3) the innovative leadership innovative organizational, and innovative climate influenced directly and indirectly by cross-level on innovative behavior
