Call for Paper for JLC, Volume 43, Number 1 (2024)

The Journal of Language and Culture (JLC) invites submissions for its upcoming issue, Volume 43, Number 1 (June 2024). JLC is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes original research on the relationship between language and culture. We welcome submissions from all areas of language and culture, including:

    • Historical linguistics
    • Language acquisition

    • Anthropology

Submission Guidelines:

  • All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the ThaiJO system: https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JLC/user/register
  • Manuscripts must be in English and follow the JLC style guide (available on the journal website).
  • The preferred length of manuscripts is between 7,000 and 9,000 words, including all figures, tables, and references.
  • The deadline for submissions is 1 March 2024.
