Abstract

Background and Aims: Navigating the landscape of informal learning is paramount if organizations want to maintain their competitive advantage and be successful according to the stated objectives. Since informal learning is dynamic, emphasizing the continuous learning that can be used, information about informal learning management is therefore necessary, giving the organizations information on informal learning. This will help not only organizations to create a culture of continuous improvement but also personnel to create innovations.

Methodology: Research on this subject was carried out through systematic collection and analysis of well-known literature to compile resources and significant keywords related to the strategies, technologies, and impacts of informal learning management comprehensively and in detail. This study will help to build an understanding of informal learning management from diverse perspectives and reliable sources.

Results: The key concepts in navigating the landscape of informal learning management encompass several dimensions. First, the components of informal learning management must be considered: social learning, work experience, and exchange of knowledge between people. Recognizing these elements allows organizations to strategically leverage and appropriately support informal learning initiatives. Second, the technology that facilitates informal learning plays an important role, including applications, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn), and learning experience platforms. Effective use of these technologies can meet the diverse needs of students, especially in the modern landscape where the world is driven by technology. Third, organizing informal learning has an impact on organizational development, leading to more efficient personnel, initiation of an innovation culture, and adoption of technological changes and advances. Organizations, therefore, should establish informal learning in the organizational structure.

Conclusion: This study of the landscape of informal learning management highlights the importance of understanding diverse learning styles, strategic use of technology, and the need to integrate informal learning into an organizational structure to stay in line with technological advancements and increase the potential of personnel through their learning paths.
