Abstract

Background and Aims: Student support administration is an important process for increasing educational efficiency and supporting students' learning at various levels, whether they are beginners or higher levels. Administering a student support system is a complex process and must continually evolve to impact student learning and academic success. Thus, the purposes of this research are to 1) study the administration of the student support system; Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office, and 2) Compare the administration of the student care and support system. Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area classified by educational level and the size of the educational institution.

Methodology: The sample group used in the research included 354 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.80-1.00. and the confidence value of the entire questionnaire was 0.82, Statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.

Results: (1) Student support system administration Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall, it is at a high level. (2) Educational institution administrators and teachers with different working experiences Have opinions on the administration of the student support system Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall, they are not different. (3) Educational institution administrators and teachers working in educational institutions of different sizes. Have opinions on the administration of the student support system Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Service Area Office Overall, they are not different.

Conclusion: The administration of the student support system in Nakhon Ratchasima Secondary Educational Institutions is at a high level. And the opinions of administrators and teachers with different experiences and sizes were not different.
