Abstract

Educational institutions are places where students are most closely followed by their families, parents accept and expect to receive knowledge, training and caring. Educational institutions shall have the best interests of the students in mind to provide them with a safe educational environment. Therefore, in creating safety for students, it requires cooperation from many parties in order to truly be safety with students, the school must promote and develop students to fully grow by creating safety in life of students. The purposes of this research were (1) to study the management of the student support system. And (2) compare the level of opinions of personnel on the management of student support systems classified by sex, education level, and age. This study was conducted in small schools under Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 247 personnel of small schools under Bueng Kan Primary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2021. The research tool was a questionnaire on the management of the student support system of small schools. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that; (1) The management of the overall student care and support system was at a high level. And (2) the comparative analysis of the level of opinions towards the management of the student care and support system found that; (a) classified by gender as a whole and not different from each other, (b) classified by level of education as a whole and not different from each aspect, and (c) classified by age, the overall difference was statistically significant at the .05 level.
