บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการแก้ปัญหาวิกฤติเศรษฐกิจอาศัยทุนการเงินและวิเคราะห์การออกจากวิกฤติเศรษฐกิจโดยอาศัยการเปลี่ยนฐานเทคโนโลยี วิธีการศึกษาใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเศรษฐกิจเชิงเปรียบเทียบตัวเลขตามวัฎจักรเศรษฐกิจ ค้นหาสาเหตุและผลในการอธิบายบรรยายพร้อมทั้งการใช้ความเที่ยงตรงของคาติกอรี่ทางเศรษฐศาสตร์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปรากฏการณ์ทางเศรษฐกิจขอบเขตการศึกษาใช้ข้อมูลเศรษฐกิจของสหรัฐอเมริกา ปี ค.ศ.1970-2021
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า วิธีเดียวที่จะเอาชนะวิกฤติเศรษฐกิจในภาวะของการลดประสิทธิภาพผลตอบแทนของเงินทุนและการสะสมทุนที่ล้นเหลือได้ต้องอาศัยการเปลี่ยนสู่ฐานเทคโนโลยีใหม่โดยการลงทุนสร้างองค์ประกอบทางเทคนิคขั้นสูงขึ้นจึงจะสามารถประกันความเสี่ยงต่อนักลงทุนขยายตลาดและกระตุ้นการเพิ่มอุปสงค์และความสามารถในการซื้อได้ ก่อให้เกิดความเชื่อมั่นต่อสกุลเงินดอลลาร์ตามมา สถานการณ์แบบนี้เศรษฐกิจไทยควรแบ่งโซนการค้าโดยโซนการเงินภูมิภาค (หยวน รูเบิล ยูโร และอื่น ๆ ) เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงที่จะก่อให้เกิดวิกฤติของประสิทธิภาพเงินทุนที่ลดลงและเป็นช่วงที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการลงทุนด้านความก้าวหน้าวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคนิคเชิงพาณิชย์ในระยะยาว
