A Study of the Self-Development Conditions of Academic Personnel under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This research aims to study of the self-development conditions of academic personnel under the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The study employs a descriptive research methodology. The population comprises academic personnel from 63 schools within the jurisdiction of the Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, totaling 1,551 individuals. The sample group consists of 200 academic personnel selected through simple random sampling by drawing lots from each school. Data was collected using questionnaires as the primary tool and analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
Research Findings, the findings indicate that the self-development conditions of academic personnel, both overall and in individual aspects, are at a high level. When analyzing specific aspects, it was found that self-directed learning scored the highest average, followed by further education, training/seminars, position advancement, educational visits, and research, respectively. Recommendations, Organizations should priontize the development of academic personnel in alienment with organizational goals. They should also promote further education and allocate scholarships to personnel to enhance their capabilities and improve work efficiency. Additionally, administrators should continuously support and encourage the creative thinking development of personnel to achieve the organization's objectives.
