Creative Leadership that Affect to Academic Administration in School under the Loe Nongbualamphu Secondary Educational Service Office

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the creativity leadership 2) study academic administration in schools, 3) study the relationship between creativity leadership and academic administration, and 4) study the creativity leadership that affects academic administration in schools under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu. A sample group were 324 school administrators and teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, academic year 2565 B.E. Proportional stratified random sampling was used of educational institutions in Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu provinces and a simple random sample were drawn through lottery method. The instrument used in this research was five level rating scale questionnaire with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient with the reliability at 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation, analysis of correlation coefficient, analysis of variance and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) Level of creative leadership of educational institution administrators, overall was at a high level (mean=4.11). Every aspect had an average level at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was flexibility in thinking (mean=4.15), the lowest was initiative (mean=4.09). 2) The level of academic administration in schools of the administrators of the affiliated educational institution was found to be overall at a high level (mean=4.19). By each side, all aspects were at a high average level. The side with the highest average was development of the learning process (mean=4.29). The lowest was research to develop the quality of education (=4.09). 3) Results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient between creative leadership and academic administration in schools by administrators, overall, it was at a moderate level (rxy=0.62). 4) Creative leadership that results in academic administration in schools by school administrators. Overall, it was found that there were 2 variables: initiative and thoroughness in thinking that affects the academic administration of educational institutions had a prediction coefficient (R2=0.389) that can predict 38.90 percent with statistical significance at the .01 level.
