OBEC MODEL Administration in Wat Weruwan School, under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Area Office 4, Saraphi District, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) the use of the OBEC Model and 2) the developing method of the use of the OBEC Model for administration in Watweruwan School, under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, Saraphi District, Chiang Mai Province. The sample for this study was 116 administrators and educational personnel, 5 key informants for interview. The research tools were a questionnaire and an interview. Then the data was analyzed using average, standard deviation, and content analysis.

The research results found that: 1) The overall use of the OBEC Model for Administration in Watweruwan School was at a high level. While the average inputs, environment, products, and processes were all at high levels, and 2) According to the OBEC Model, for the environment, we should create more understanding among teachers, students, and the community. For inputs, we should allocate proper administration resources. For this process, we should increase the number of online cooperative channels among teachers, students, and the community, as well as adjust them according to the situation. For products, we should increase activities that create learning skills and develop and promote students to be good people, generous, volunteers, and immunized toward the community and society.
