Quality of Work Life of Military Officers in the Anti-Aircraft Artillery Brigade Division

Abstract

This research primarily aimed to study and compare the level of quality of work life (QWL) of military officers in the Anti-aircraft Artillery Brigade Division (AABD). The samples in this research were military officials. Under 270 anti-aircraft artillery brigade unit by accidental sampling method use questionnaires as a research tool. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA.The research results found that the overall quality of work life of the AABD military officers was at the middle high level.  In the sub-divided  aspects of QWL, namely balance between work and personal life, career progression and security, safety and hygienic environment, adequate and fair compensation, social relations, social integration, personal competency development, and organizational charter, the research found that the AABD  military officers had quality of work life at the high level in all aspects.  The results of a comparative study of the quality of life in the performance of military personnel under the Antiaircraft Artillery Brigade Division Classified by personal status, it was found that the quality of life in the performance of military personnel under the age, education, marital status, average monthly income and work experience showed no difference except rank with different opinions at the statistical significance level of .05.
