Behavioral Expression in Public Service of the Youth Center Officials in Bangkok

Abstract
The research objectivities were; to study the meaning of public service behavior in Bangkok Youth Center; to study the cause of behavior in Public Service; the way to manage behavior in public service. The questionnaires were developed and constructed. There were 162 respondents in Bangkok Youth Center. The statistic used for analysis the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Correlation. The behavioral expression in the service of the public officials was found. Physical expressions to be responded to the customer were also found. The nature of the activity was not free. The internal and external stimuli did not correlate with the behavioral expression in the service. They also had a way of controlling their self-expression by considering their own appropriate behavior. And the most reasonable behavior was also found.
