Satisfaction of People towards Polices’ Duty Performance under the Police Station for People Project of Bangsrimuang Police Station Nonthaburi Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) a level of satisfaction of people towards duty performance of police officers under a project of police station for people 2) to compare satisfaction level of people in duty performance of police officers of provincial police station of Bangsrimuang, divided into gender, age, education level, occupation and income by utilizing sample group from people coming to use service at Bangsrimuang Police Station, total 200 persons. The study of the population to receive services in that time. The tool utilized in the study was questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted by statistics, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA.
The results were found that: The people coming to use service were satisfied to the duty performance of the police officers of Bangsrimuang provincial police station in high level in all aspects, namely general service, criminal justice administration, life security and property, traffic control, public relations and seeking of coordination from people and place and environment, People having difference in gender and age had the satisfaction to the duty performance of police officers of provincial police station of Bangsrimuang with no difference. As for people having difference in education level, occupation and income had different satisfaction to the duty performance of police of provincial police station of Bangsrimuang.
