การพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดการบริหารจัดการที่ดีสำหรับโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วมในจังหวัดเครือข่ายของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 9

Abstract

   การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตัวชี้วัดและตรวจสอบคุณภาพตัวชี้วัดการบริหารจัดการที่ดีสำหรับโรงเรียน แกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วมในจังหวัดเครือข่ายของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 9 เครื่องมือการวิจัยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วมในจังหวัดเครือข่ายของศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 9 จำนวน550 คน จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และค่าสถิติวัดระดับความกลมกลืนจากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ได้ตัวชี้วัดด้านนักเรียน 8 ตัวชี้วัด ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม 14 ตัวชี้วัด ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียน การสอน 19 ตัวชี้วัด และด้านเครื่องมือ 16 ตัวชี้วัด รวม 57 ตัวชี้วัด และผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพตัวชี้วัดพบว่า ค่าความเที่ยงตรงเท่ากับ 0.62-1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น = 0.98 ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ เชิงยืนยัน พบว่า ค่า Chi-Square = 490.94, df = 209, ค่า p = .00, ค่า GFI = .93, ค่า AGFI = .91, ค่า RMSE = .05 สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์

    The purposes of this research were to develop the indicators, and to test the quality of good governance indicators for Pilot Inclusive Management Schools in Network Provinces of Special Education Center Region 9. The instruments were the interview and the questionnaires. The sample consisted of 550 directors by using stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by content analysis, percentage, mean, correlation coefficient, and the goodness of fit statistics from factor analysis. The results were found that 57 good governance indicators were acquired as follows: 8 indicators of students, 14 indicators of environment, 19 indicators of instructional activities, and 16 indicators of tools. The results of testing the quality indicator showed the validity ranging between .62 and 1.00, and a reliability of 0.98. The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that Chi-Square = 490.94, df = 209, p = .00, GFI= .93, AGFI = .91 and RMSE = .05 were consistent with the empirical data.
