         การประเมินพัฒนาการทั้งระบบทำให้ได้ข้อมูลเพื่อพัฒนาองค์กรที่มีรายละเอียดทั้งในมิติเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ เหมาะสำหรับนำไปใช้ในการประเมินพัฒนาการในแผนงานหรือโครงการเชิงปฏิบัติการ ทำให้ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานและการประเมินไปพร้อมๆ กัน ช่วยให้การประเมินมีความยืดหยุ่นและลดแรงกดดันจากการประเมินการประเมินพัฒนาการตามแนวคิดนี้จึงเป็นวิธีสร้างสรรค์การดำเนินงานร่วมกันและสอดคล้องกับแนวคิดการประเมินในปัจจุบัน

ABSTRACT
The assessment of the entire system of growth was to help the acquirement of both qualitative and quantitative data for the organizational development. It was appropriate for application in assessing the development of operating the plan or project. It allowed stakeholders to participate in operation and assessment at the same time. It enabled assessment to be flexible and reduced pressure from the assessment. The assessment
of development based on this idea is thus expected to be a creative way for particular people to work together and also consistent with the current assessment concept.
