ศักยภาพหลักของพนักงานโรงแรมโนโวเทล ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ

Abstract

     การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับศักยภาพหลัก 2) กำหนดศักยภาพหลัก 3) ศึกษาความต้องการในการฝึก อบรมศักยภาพหลักของพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ภายในโรงแรมโนโวเทล ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพ หลักและพัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมพนักงานโรงแรม ให้มีความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน โดยศึกษาระหว่างกลุ่มของ ตัวแปรอิสระแต่ละตัวและตัวแปรตามตามสภาพทั่วไป นอกจากนี้ ได้ทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างเกี่ยวกับคะแนนเฉลี่ยความคิด เห็นในเรื่องศักยภาพหลัก ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานของโรงแรม โนโวเทล ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ จำนวน 230 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้ ศักยภาพหลักของพนักงานโรงแรมโน โวเทล ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ องค์ประกอบหลัก 3 ด้าน มีดังต่อไปนี้ 1) ศักยภาพด้านความรู้ 2) ศักยภาพด้านทักษะ และ 3) ศักยภาพด้านพฤติกรรม

     The objectives of this study were: 1) to investigate a level of the core competency, 2) to determine the core competency, and 3) to examine need of training for the core competency among the staff of Novotel Hotel in Suvarnabhumi Airport as a guideline for development of the core competency and a curriculum for training the hotel staff to be appropriate and consistent with the current situation. The investigation was conducted between the groups of each of independent and dependent variables. In addition, there was a comparison of difference involved with the average scores of opinion on the core competency of the hotel staff. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The sample was 230 staff members of Novotel Hotel in Suvarnabhumi Airport. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The study resultcan be concluded as follows : The core competency of Staff at Novotel Hotelin Suvarnabhumi Airport comprised 3 main components of 1) knowledge competency, 2) skill competency, and 3) behavior competency.
