การศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 3

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการใน โรงเรียน 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามตำแหน่งของ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามและขนาดของโรงเรียน 3) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการใน โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูวิชาการ และครูผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคโนโลยี รวมทั้งสิ้น 393 คน จาก 131 โรงเรียน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบ่งแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้านสภาพเท่ากับ 0.93 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้านปัญหาเท่ากับ 0.91 สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยง เบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการทดสอบ รายคู่โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มาก โดยสภาพและปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูวิชาการ และครูผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านเทคโนโลยี สภาพและปัญหาโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) โรงเรียนที่ มีขนาดของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกัน มีสภาพและปัญหาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน โดยรวมและ รายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) โรงเรียนควรมีการประชุมวางแผนเพื่อหาแนวทางการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ ในด้านการวางแผนเกี่ยวกับงานวิชาการ และควรนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการมากขึ้น ควรส่งเสริม สนับสนุนและให้ความรู้แก่ครูในการผลิตและการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนการสอนต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะการจัดทำบทเรียนสำเร็จรูป (CAI) หรือ บทเรียนออนไลน์ (e-Learning) และควรนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการตัดสินและวิเคราะห์ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเพื่อความถูกต้อง

A Study of States and Problems of Using Information Technology for Academic Administration in Schools under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Service Area 3

The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate states and problems of using Information technology for academic administration in schools under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Service Area 3, 2) to compare states and problems of using information technology for academic administration in schools under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Service Area 3, and 3) to examine suggestions of some guidelines about using information technology for academic administration in schools under the Office of Kalasin Primary Education Service Area 3. The sample consisted of school administrators, academic teachers and technology teachers totaling 393 persons from 131 schools as selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument for collecting data of this study was a rating scale questionnaire whose reliability coefficient in part of states was 0.93 and in part of problems was 0.91. Statistics used to analyze data included frequency, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe’s method. The results showed that: 1) the use of information technology for academic administration in schools as a whole was at the high level. There was a significant difference at the .05 level in opinion on states and problems of using information technology for academic administration in schools between school administrators, academic teachers and technology teachers. 2) The different-sized schools had no difference as a whole and each aspect in the states and problems of using information technology for academic administration in schools. 3) The schools should have a meeting to find a way to increasing the use of information technology in planning academic affairs and disseminating academic works. The schools should promote and educate teachers in producing and preparing instructional materials, especially the CAI or e-learning and should use technology to determine and analyze students’ learning achievement for accuracy.
