ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษากับแรงจูงใจในการเรียน ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตกาฬสินธุ์

Abstract

     การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาต่อสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษา 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ และระหว่างสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษากับแรงจูงใจในการเรียนของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขต กาฬสินธุ์ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักศึกษา จำนวน 300 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษาทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการสอนของอาจารย์ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ในกลุ่มเพื่อน ด้านการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัย และด้านการบริการของ มหาวิทยาลัย 2) สภาพแวดล้อมทางการศึกษาด้านการสอนของอาจารย์ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ในกลุ่มเพื่อน ด้านการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของ มหาวิทยาลัย และด้านการบริการของมหาวิทยาลัย มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับแรงจูงใจใน การเรียน

     The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate students’ opinion on educational environment and 2) to examine the relationship between educational environment and learning motivation of students in Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Kalasin campus. The instrument for collecting data from 300 students was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were mean, standard deviation, multiple correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis.

The findings of study were as follows. 1) The opinion of students on educational environment as a whole was at high level. When each aspect was considered, the aspects found at high level were: instructors’ teaching, relations in the group of friends, participation in activities at the university and university’s service. 2) Educational environment in the aspects of instructors’ teaching, relations in the group of friends, participation in activities at the university and university’s service had a significantly positive relationship with learning motivation.
