การบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา ในเขตอำเภอปลาปาก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1

Abstract

     การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา ในเขตอำเภอปลาปากสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1และ 2)เปรียบเทียบการบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาในเขตอำเภอปลาปากสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 1 จำแนกตามสถานภาพและขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 331 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 58คนและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 273คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.35-0.92 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)การบริหารทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดคือ ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ 2)จำแนกตามสถานภาพ พบว่า โดยรวมและด้านบุคลากร แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวม และรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

     The objectives of this study were: 1) to investigate educational resources management of schools in the Plapak district area under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1, and 2) to compare educational resources management of schools in the Plapak district area under the Office of Nakhon Phanom Primary Education Service Area 1 as classified by status and school size. A sample of 331 comprised 58 school administrators and 273 teachers as selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire which had discrimination power values of between 0.35 and 0.92 and reliability coefficient of 0.92. Statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA.

The findings were as follows. 1) Educational resources management of schools as a whole and each aspect was at high level. The aspect which gained the highest mean score was that of personnel and the aspect which gained the lowest mean score was that of material and equipment. 2) As classified by status, educational resources management of schools as a whole and of the aspect of personnel was found significantly different at the .01 level. As classified by school size, educational resources management of schools was found significantly different as a whole and each aspect at the .01 level.
