บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์และสมรรถนะการรวมพลังทำงานเป็นทีมของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โดยการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สมองเป็นฐานร่วมกับสื่อโมชันกราฟิก กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนบ้านเหล่านกชุมวิทยาสรรค์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 1 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 10 คน โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 3 วงจร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติการ ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สมองเป็นฐานร่วมกับสื่อโมชันกราฟิก มีความเหมาะสมของแผนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.63 มีความเหมาะสมระดับมากที่สุด 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้สะท้อนผล ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมครูและนักเรียน แบบสัมภาษณ์นักเรียน แบบทดสอบความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ ท้ายวงจร วงจรที่ 1 มีค่าความยากง่ายระหว่าง 0.31-0.59 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.41-0.73 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.84 วงจรที่ 2 มีค่าความยากง่ายระหว่าง 0.22-0.63 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.38-0.70 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.84 วงจรที่ 3 มีค่าความยากง่ายระหว่าง 0.31-0.53 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.40-0.76 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.82 แบบประเมินสมรรถนะการรวมพลังทำงานเป็นทีมท้ายวงจร มีค่าความสอดคล้องรายการประเมินระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และ 3) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินผล ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ มีค่าความยากง่ายระหว่าง 0.22-0.72 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.35-0.58 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.89 และแบบประเมินสมรรถนะการรวมพลังทำงานเป็นทีม มีค่าความสอดคล้องรายการประเมินระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าร้อยละ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักเรียนมีคะแนนความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 22.00 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.33 ของคะแนนเต็ม มีนักเรียนผ่านเกณฑ์ จำนวน 8 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80 ของจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งหมด ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 2) นักเรียนมีผลประเมินสมรรถนะการรวมพลัง ทำงานเป็นทีม ระดับ 5 ระดับสามารถ ขึ้นไป จำนวน 8 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80.00 ของนักเรียนทั้งหมด ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้
