Collaboration Integrated Area Development for Precisely and Absolutely Poverty Problems Solving: A Case Study Area in Roi Et Province

Abstract

This research aims to study and develop the system of searching and verifying the poor household data of Roi Et Province by importing the data into the provincial precisely and absolutely poverty  operating system, assist and pass on the poor households to the networks. This research used mixed method. The population consisted of 3,868 households. The research tools were the questionnaire and the interview form. The data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results found that 1) 3,669 households has the lowest cost dimension in natural capital and the highest cost dimension in human capital; 2) there is a memorandum of agreement on Cooperation in resolving poverty problems to analyze the transmission poor households, follow up the assistance together with the government sectors, private sectors and civil society amount to 14 agencies; 3) poverty problems solving  project models included agriculture brings happiness, and Roi-Et the herb city; 4) policy recommendation for solving poverty problems was included in the Roi Et Provincial Action Plan for the fiscal year 2024 in the 3rd development issue amount to 2 projects; 5) The evaluation of the social return on investment (SROI) was at 1.34 times.
