บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้โดยอาศัยแพลตฟอร์มสื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เปรียบเทียบผลการเรียนรู้ ของกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เรียนด้วยสิ่งแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้โดยอาศัยแพลตฟอร์มสื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และศึกษาความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เรียนด้วยสิ่งแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้โดยอาศัยแพลตฟอร์มสื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของกลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 20 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการคัดเข้าตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ โดยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยก่อนการทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียวโดยมีการทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และ 3) แบบสำรวจความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้โดยอาศัยแพลตฟอร์มสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 1) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ผลของการเรียนรู้ของกลุ่มเป้าหมายโดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย และค่า t-test 2) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ ความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยการตีความบทสรุปจากแบบสำรวจความคิดเห็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การออกแบบและพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้โดยอาศัยแพลตฟอร์มสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เรื่อง การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่สำหรับผู้เป็นสามี มีองค์ประกอบ ที่สำคัญในการออกแบบและพัฒนา 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) สถานการณ์ปัญหา 2) แหล่งการเรียนรู้ 3) เครื่องมือ และ 4) ฐานการช่วยเหลือ ผลการเรียนรู้ของกลุ่มเป้าหมายหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่มีต่อ สิ่งแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้โดยอาศัยแพลตฟอร์มสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เรื่อง การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ในด้านเนื้อหาในการเรียนรู้ ด้านคุณลักษณะของสื่อ และด้านการออกแบบสิ่งแวดล้อมทางการเรียนรู้มีความเหมาะสม สะดวกและง่ายต่อการใช้งาน รูปแบบการนำเสนอเนื้อหามีความน่าสนใจ และช่วยกระตุ้นการเรียนรู้
